We founded VyLink with a simple conviction: that organisations deserve software partners who are genuinely invested in their success — not just the next billing cycle. Too many technology engagements produce software that technically works but doesn't quite fit, requires extensive workarounds, or needs constant maintenance just to keep running.

Our background spans three demanding domains: financial services compliance, payment switching and transaction processing, and value-added services. This means we speak the language of the industries we serve — whether that's FSCA regulatory requirements, ISO 8583 message formats, or VAS transaction flows.

Deep working knowledge of the South African FSCA regulatory environment — broker accreditation, FSP licensing, representative verification, and the compliance obligations facing financial services providers.
Payment Switching & Processing
Hands-on experience in payment switching infrastructure, including integration with Postilion — ACI's enterprise payment switching platform. We understand ISO 8583 message flows, transaction routing, authorisation, and the operational realities of high-volume payment environments.
Value-Added Services (VAS)
Executive and technical experience delivering VAS platforms — airtime, data, bill payments, vouchers, and real-time transaction processing. We understand the integration complexity, transaction integrity requirements, and reconciliation challenges that VAS businesses face.
